Job description
Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurseto to join our patient-focused team.
Requirements:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting care for an assigned case load of patients
Functions as liaison to referral sources by responding to Home Health referrals and facilitatingthe provision of HomeCare Services.
Current RN licensure in State of Mississippi
Current BLS certification
Credentials in specialty areas, i.e., phlebotomy, IV, ET
One year acute care nursing experience
Prior experience in home health preferred
Valid state driver's license, current automobile insurance and reliable automobile
