Job description
Three Oaks Hospice in Georgetown/Hutto is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, manage complex symptom relief, and support families during end-of-life care.
You will conduct assessments, implement the plan of care, educate families, and participate in on-call rotations. A valid RN license, CPR, and home health or hospice experience are preferred, with strong communication and ethics
