Job description
Three Oaks Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care for hospice patients in the Milton/Johns Creek area. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies to ensure comprehensive end-of-life care.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience; home health/hospice experience is preferred. Strong communication and ethical practice are essential.
