Job description
Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an RN to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and supporting families through end-of-life care.
The role requires an active RN license, current CPR, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience. You will assess patients, implement the care plan, educate families, and participate in on-call coverage across designated service areas.
