Job description
Northwell Health in New York state is seeking a registered nurse to perform age-specific plans of care for designated patient groups using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and health team members to coordinate procedures and treatments, using leadership and clinical judgment to direct patient care on the unit.
The role requires a NYS RN license, BSN preferred, and 2+ years in med/surg, hospice, or home care.
