Job description
SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead clinical care for home-based hospice patients. The RN Manager supervises an interdisciplinary team, coordinates plans of care, and ensures quality, patient-centered services. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight; regulatory and documentation compliance; collaboration with physicians and community partners; and supporting families through education and emotional guidance.
