Job description
SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead clinical care for hospice patients. This role oversees an interdisciplinary team, coordinates individualized care plans, ensures regulatory and quality standards, and mentors nursing staff. The RN Manager collaborates closely with physicians, social workers, and spiritual care providers to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered end-of-life care, while promoting a culture of empathy, dignity, and professional growth in a mission-driven environment.
