Job description
VIA Health Partners in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an experienced RN to deliver patient and caregiver care in a compassionate, team-based hospice setting. You will perform nursing assessments, develop and update care plans, and coordinate services to ensure uninterrupted, goal-driven care.
This role requires a nursing diploma or associate degree, an active RN license, CPR, and hospice or palliative care experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
