Grammar LLC is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client in Howell, MI. You will work with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care, manage care plans, and ensure timely charting and coordination for patients in Howell and nearby areas.
The role requires MI RN licensure, hospice experience, and EMR proficiency (TruChart EHR). Strong collaboration, flexibility for rotating weekends/holidays, and travel are essential.
