Job description
Frontpoint Health is seeking a Hospice - PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care for clients in their residence, ensuring coordination with the interdisciplinary group and overseeing patient care.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing degree, a valid Texas RN license, and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and educating patients and caregivers, along with other nursing duties.
