Job description
Three Oaks Hospice in Texas is seeking a compassionate RN to administer skilled nursing care for patients in their homes. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to support comfort, symptom management, and quality of life.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience; hospice or home health preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
