Job description
Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care across home and facility settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The role includes psych-social assessments, care planning, and coordination with social workers, chaplains, and other professionals. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
