Job description
JOL Healthcare in Kyle, TX, seeks an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to perform Start of Care assessments, develop individualized plans, and guide families through the transition to hospice services.
You will work Monday–Friday, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate caregivers, and ensure timely documentation, medication reconciliation, and patient comfort from day one.
