Job description
Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to patients in diverse settings, including private homes and facilities. You will join an interdisciplinary team and contribute to psychosocial assessments and community resource coordination.
The role supports case management, admissions, or resource functions, requiring strong collaboration, communication, and time management. Travel is required with reliable transportation and a valid license.
