Job description
Gentiva is seeking a RN Hospice Administrator to join the leadership team. You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for a mid-size hospice location, leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care while meeting regulatory standards and community needs.
As Administrator RN II, you will drive quality, financial performance, and staff development, maintaining compassionate care and alignment with Gentiva’s mission and values across the location.
