Job description
Home Health & Hospice Care in Merrimack, NH is hiring a Registered Nurse for home hospice care. You’ll complete assessments, plan care, and work with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, goal‑directed care at home.
The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NH RN license, and at least one year of acute care experience. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is offered and weekend/holiday rotation is required.
