Job description

LifeBridge Health in Westminster, MD is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered end-of-life care on our inpatient hospice unit. This role offers autonomy, meaningful connections with patients and families, and the chance to contribute to high-quality care.

The RN will collect health data, develop and adjust care plans, coordinate with physicians and hospice staff, and support families while maintaining safety and compliance across LifeBridge Health
