Job description
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in North Hills, Pennsylvania. You will deliver compassionate, end‑of‑life care in patients' homes, conducting assessments and symptom management with an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and the ability to travel ~20% of the day. Employment type is staff, with 40 hours per week.
