Job description
UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Patient Care Manager - Hospice in Sedona, AZ. You will assist senior leadership with patient care activities to deliver safe, compliant care and coordinate staff in a home care/hospice setting.
The role requires active RN licensure, 1+ year clinical experience, and possession of a valid driver's license. CPR certification is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
