Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager for Lawrenceburg, TN, with duties including care coordination in patient homes and development of Start of Care plans. Requires RN license, hospice home health experience, and HCHB proficiency.
Position offers full-time work with 40 hours weekly, travel/contract opportunities, and a 1-3 week contract length. Valid driver’s license and Covid vaccination or exemption are required.
