Job description
Anchor Health in California seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse to initiate and coordinate patient care plans and support families in home and community settings.
The RN will assess and manage pain and symptoms, educate patients and families, and lead care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, traveling to patient locations as needed.
Requirements include an active CA RN license, hospice experience preferred, CPR certification, and valid driving privileges.
