Job description
Hospice of the Piedmont, Inc. in High Point, North Carolina is looking for a full-time RN Case Manager. This role focuses on providing quality patient care, developing care plans, and coordinating services for hospice patients of all ages. It requires strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to manage time while interacting with patients and families.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or higher degree in Nursing and a valid RN license, with experience in the field preferred. The role operates Monday through Friday with a commitment to compassionate care in a supportive environment.
