Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to be the clinical anchor for patients and families, balancing compassion with professional care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate end-of-life care and ensure a respectful, supportive experience.
Ideal candidates hold a Georgia RN license, CPR & First Aid certification, and reliable transportation, with hospice/home care experience as a plus.
