Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Fresno, CA seeks an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse to ensure patient comfort and build compassionate connections with families in patients' homes.
You will lead bedside care decisions with autonomy, collaborate with social workers, physicians, chaplains, and nurses, and educate families about hospice benefits and comfort-focused end-of-life care. Expect 4–6 daily visits and weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
