Job description
Compassus in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home and facility settings. You will coordinate care, educate families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients at end of life.
Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with hospice experience, valid CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license.
