Job description
Crescent Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to deliver hands-on nursing care and coordinate services for patients in Darlington, Lee and Chesterfield County. Join our interdisciplinary team focused on compassionate, clinically excellent end-of-life care.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. RN licensure, 1 year med-surg/acute care experience, EMR proficiency, CPR (as required), and valid driver’s license are required.
