Job description
Compassus in Colorado is seeking a licensed RN to join our Hospice RN Case Manager team, providing compassionate at-home care and coordinating patient plans with the care team.
You'll empower families, educate caregivers, and help patients spend meaningful time with loved ones while adhering to best-practice hospice standards. A driver’s license and CPR/BCLS are required with hospice experience preferred.
