Job description
Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our nursing team delivering hands-on hospice care across the Wilmington area, including Andover, North Andover, and nearby towns. You’ll coordinate services, educate families, and support patients with compassion and clinical excellence.
Qualified candidates hold a current RN license, at least 1 year in med-surg/acute care, EMR proficiency, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable
