Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to serve patients and families in Grove and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes coordinating care, communicating with physicians and staff, and ensuring comprehensive plans of care.
Ideal candidates have hospice, home health, geriatrics, or med/surg nursing experience and a strong commitment to the hospice philosophy of care. Licensure in the state is required.
