Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a home care registered nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in patients’ homes. You will ensure comfort, build meaningful connections, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support families on this journey.
A valid RN license and at least two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health are required.
