Job description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes across Belleville, IL. You will ensure comfort, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold an active RN license in the state, have at least two years of nursing experience (hospice/home health preferred), and have reliable transportation to visit patients at home.
