Job description
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and support families in making meaningful choices. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families and empower caregivers through education, while collaborating with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
The role requires an RN license, 2 years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), current CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license.
