Job description
Seva Hospice Inc. in Colorado is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate end-of-life care to terminally ill patients. You will provide one-to-one patient care, symptom management, and emotional support while participating in on-call weekend rotations.
The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license and has strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort within a supportive team.
