Job description
AdventHealth is hiring a registered nurse for hospice care, covering Volusia and Flagler Counties. The role focuses on home and facility-based hospice nursing, lead plans of care, and coordinating CNAs to deliver skilled care. Strong clinical and discharge planning skills are essential.
The nurse will collaborate with physicians, manage complex caseloads, and ensure CMS guidelines are followed. Florida licensure, BLS, and driver’s license are required.
