Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice in the greater Boston area seeks a skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients and families. The role works within an Interdisciplinary Group and follows the attending physician's orders, the IDG plan of care and Hospice policies.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, focus on pain and symptom management, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and ensure documentation and bereavement support per Hospice guidelines.
