Job description
Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team.
You will provide hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey across the Grundy County territory. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 am–4:30 pm, focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care with a patient-centered approach.
