Job description
Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide skilled, compassionate care in patients’ homes in Augusta, ME. The role focuses on comfort, dignity, and family support within the hospice journey.
The RN will assess needs, develop care plans with measurable outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize comfort. A Maine RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required, along with reliable transportation.
