Job description
Compassus in Metairie, LA is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care at home or in the community. You will assess needs, coordinate services with the care team, educate families, and help patients maintain quality of life.
The role requires an active RN license in Louisiana, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and a current CPR/BCLS.
