Job description
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team in a patient-centered role. You will coordinate care for patients at home, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families through end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism.
The role requires an active RN license in the state, two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
