Job description
Affinity Hospice Management LLC in New Jersey seeks a registered nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in patients' homes and communities. The RN conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and revises care plans, administers medications per physician orders, and counsels patients and families on self-care and comfort.
