Job description
Providence Care in Monroe, GA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team, providing Case Management to patients in their homes, assisted living, and long-term care facilities enrolled in our hospice program.
You will lead symptom and medication management, coordinate with the IDG and collaborating physician, and supervise LPNs and CNAs while educating patients, families, and facility staff. Commitment to compassionate end-of-life care is essential.
