Job description
Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.
This full-time Day Shift role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an active VA RN license, BLS within 90 days, and at least one year of nursing experience; home health or hospice and case management experience are preferred.
