Baptist Health Home Health/Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Little Rock area. This PRN, daily-base role involves coordinating patient care and services for an assigned caseload within home health and hospice settings.
Ideal candidates will hold an Arkansas RN license, a valid Arkansas driver's license, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred). This position emphasizes flexible PRN shifts in a hospice care environment.
