Job description
Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in home or community settings. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients facing advanced illness.
This role requires an active RN license, CPR/BCLS certification, and at least two years of nursing experience with hospice preferred; a driver's license is required.
