Job description
Horizons Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to administer nursing care for patients at their residence, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agency. The role emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered hospice care and collaboration with the IDG.
Two years of RN experience in a clinical setting is preferred; hospice experience is a plus. Strong communication and English literacy are essential for documentation and family education.
