Job description
Amber Hospice seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in home and community settings. You will use nursing processes to assess needs, develop and implement care plans with families, and coordinate services with the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires a State RN license, CPR certification, and prior hospice or home care experience. Strong communication, teaching, and case-management skills are essential for quality patient outcomes.
