Job description
Affinity Hospice Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in patients' homes and communities. The RN will use nursing process to assess, diagnose, and implement care plans with patient and family involvement.
Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree and an active RN license, with preference for home health or hospice experience. Strong communication and documentation skills are required for collaboration with the interdisciplinary
