Job description
Heart of Hospice, part of the LHC Group and aligned with Optum, seeks an RN to provide compassionate hospice care in Baton Rouge, LA. The nurse will conduct the initial evaluation within 48 hours of referral and lead care planning for each patient.
Responsibilities include assessing physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, coordinating with the IDG, and teaching families self-care techniques. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.
