Job description
Advocate Aurora Health is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to coordinate terminally ill patient care in Milwaukee South Hospice. You will educate families, lead the interdisciplinary group, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care in a 40-hour work week.
Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, and 1–2 years in home health/hospice or related fields. On-call rotation and no weekend requirements in regular schedule.
