Job description
Lifespark is hiring a Hospice RN Case Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver in-home hospice care in the NE Metro area. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality nursing services for patients and families.
Requirements include RN licensure, 2 years of healthcare experience (prefer hospice or home care), caregiving supervision, and a strong customer-service mindset. Competitive compensation and benefits.
